Does your school need support with managing student behaviour?
We offer pastoral 1:1 coaching sessions for individuals to increase confidence and improve behaviour.
Teachers
We work with teachers and pastoral staff to improve behaviour, attendance and manage anxiety. This can be done by addressing staff on training days, or alternatively in 1:1 sessions provided on a daily rate.
Isolation Unit
Do you have an isolation unit in school? What are you doing to help your reoffending students?
Coaching interventions have shown a reduced number of repeat isolation unit offenders. EPIC Coaching offers NLP in education training specifically to manage behaviour and reduce negative behaviour points around school.
Pastoral & Mentoring Services
At EPIC Coaching we provide 1:1 services and small group coaching sessions to support isolation Units of High Schools. The sessions aim to improve pupil behaviour and reduce repeat offenders to the isolation unit by empowering and improving confidence and self esteem.
PSHE Days and Workshops
We can cater for larger numbers of students with structured sessions on your designated 'PSHE Days' or confidence, self esteem and exam stress management workshops are also available. Empowering students is the aim of these sessions and building confidence through self study is vital.
